| Care | The Houe furniture is pre-treated with oil at the factory. This protects the surface from moisture, dirt and contamination. Regular cleaning should be done with a cloth and lukewarm water. Do not use cleaners or harsh chemicals on wooden furniture. We recommend regularly treating the wooden surfaces with oil to keep them durable and beautiful. Clean the furniture as described above and allow it to dry completely. If the surface is scratched, use a 220-grit sanding sponge. Always sand with the grain of the wood. Remove dust with a dry cloth. For indoor use, use a neutral oil. The oil should be spread in an even, thin layer. Use a cloth that doesn't pill and works in the direction of the grain. After 2-3 minutes, remove excess oil with a dry cloth. Always read the instructions on the bottle carefully before applying oil to wooden furniture. |
