Delivery Service

Depending on the size and number of items, as well as the country of delivery, your order will be dispatched as a parcel or via a freight shipper. Our current delivery costs, and information concerning the shipping methods, can be found in the following section. A detailed breakdown of the shipping methods, the estimated delivery time and the costs is always presented in the checkout before you complete your order.

Standard Delivery

Parcel
  • Shipping costs 9 CHF
  • Free delivery for orders over 99 CHF
  • With shipment tracking
  • Not at home at time of delivery? If possible, your delivery will be left with a neighbour, alternatively it will be available for pickup at your local post office for 7 days after the attempted delivery.
  • Delivery by DHL GoGreen Plus as standard. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to ship with an alternative service provider. Local delivery is generally handled by a local partner service.
Freight Transport
  • Free shipping
  • Delivery is understood as being to the front of the building, i.e. goods will not necessarily brought to the front door. Transport into buildings (or to the point of use) as well as the disposal of the packaging and pallets are the responsibility of the customer.
  • With shipment tracking
  • Delivery advice notification via e-mail, SMS or telephone
  • Delivery Monday to Friday, regular office hours (Saturday delivery available in some areas for a supplementary fee.)
