Many of our products are available in their standard versions for immediate dispatch, and are generally delivered, depending on destination in between one and four days.

Deliveries throughout Switzerland are made within 2 to 3 days by the DHL parcel delivery service or, for larger shipments, within 3 to 5 working days by a forwarding agent.

On account of our large USM stock, we can offer a wide range of in-stock USM configurations, individual orders are generally assembled within 1-2 business days and subsequently dispatched.

The product you selected does not meet your expectations? No problem, unused products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. The statutory period of revocation and statutory claims for defects remain unaffected by this extended time regulation.

We can find your desired article and/or order any product from the manufacturers in our portfolio for you. If your furniture, which you have ordered from our online shop, requires a repair, we can order the appropriate spare parts and/or oragnise the repair.
