Ana Kraš
Ana Kraš is a Serbian designer who studied at the Faculty of Applied Arts at the University of Arts in Belgrade, where in her final year she won the Young Balkan Designers competition, and which saw he chair "Hug" presented at the Milan Furniture Fair, which introduced her to a wider audience.
Today Ana Kraš lives in New York and Paris and works in product design, fashion, art and photography. She has designed tables, chairs, wallpaper, mirrors and swimwear and has collaborated with fashion labels such as Maison Margiela and Études Studio.
Amongst those products that have helped Ana Kraš establish her international reputation, a special place belongs to the Bonbon lamps, which she designed for the Danish company Hay. In addition to the Bonbon lights, Kraš has also created various home textiles and accessories for Hay. Ana Kraš's work has been exhibited worldwide, published in various design magazines and featured at NYC Design Week, Maison et Objet in Paris and Vienna Design Week, among other international design festivals.
