Since the early 1980s the German furniture designer Klaus Kiefer has been known for simple, timeless bed designs; characteristics which also relate to Kiefer's variable shelving and cabinet systems. Produced through his own company in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany, Klaus Kiefer's shelving systems are created from contemporary construction woods, can be adapted to meet individual requirements, and are easy to assemble without tools. And thereby meet even the highest demands: for example, the Mocoba Shelf Classic 50 can be configured with between two and four elements in width and between two to six elements in height, thus making it a shelving system that can also be employed as a TV cabinet.
