Details
The bistro table Dr. NA was designed by French designer Philippe Starck for the Italian manufacturer Kartell and provides the perfect complement to the multi-purpose chair Dr. NO. As with the plastic chair the Kartell table is perfectly suited for residential use, but also functions particularly well in the garden, on the patio or in front of the café. The table base in extruded aluminum and the table leg made of coloured polypropylene ensure stability, while the tabletop in scratch-resistant, painted plastic, makes the Kartell Dr. NA table a robust piece of contemporary outdoor furniture. Together with the chair Dr. NO, it thus forms an unbeatably stylish team. Born in Paris in 1949, Philippe Starck has enjoyed an enviable career as an interior and product designer, not least with Kartell for whom he has created numerous modern classics including objects such as the Louis Ghost chair. Based near Milan, Kartell focuses on the production of designer furniture made of plastic, and on products which are not only functional, but also embody individuality and creativity.
