Boris Berlin and Aleksej Iskos had worked together for many years at Komplot Design before they founded their own label Iskos-Berlin in 2010. Based in Denmark, the design studio focuses on the areas of industrial, furniture and graphic design, and counts well-known furniture manufacturers such as Muuto, Hay and Normann Copenhagen amongst its clients. Iskos-Berlin has received numerous prestigious awards and is represented with objects in various major museums. The portfolio of the designer duo includes the almost sculptural-looking Basset sofa from the Danish design brand Bruunmunch - a successful blend of harmonious shapes and modern comfort.
