The Vitra Guéridon table was designed in the late 1940s by Jean Prouvé and contains in its simple form essential architectural elements. Thus, for example, Prouvé illustrates the static stability of the Vitra designer table with the specially shaped legs which support the round table top in the centre. Made of American walnut or oak and available in a range of colours, the tapering legs give the Vitra Guéridon table an appealingly rustic aesthetic.
