Christian Loddo

Product designer Christian Loddo is based in Milan where he graduated in 2008 in product and industrial design from the renowned Polytechnic, and today runs his eponymous design studio.

Before establishing his own practice in 2014 Loddo had been involved in research, product development and product design within Memphis alumnus George Sowden's design studio since 2010.

Whether teapot, thermos flask or candlestick - Loddo's focus is always on functionality and materials. In addition to his own work, Loddo works as a consultant for companies, start-ups, non-profit organizations and universities.

For Hay he designed the wall shelf Bacheca, which premiered in summer 2022.
