To mark its 100th anniversary, the legendary Bibendum armchair by designer Eileen Gray is being released in a limited edition of 100 pieces worldwide. With light beige leather and a nickel-plated frame, the design is based precisely on a historically documented version from the 1920s. This design classic was named after the Michelin tyre man, whose characteristic shape is reflected in the distinctive upholstered castors of the armchair. As a sign of exclusivity and authenticity, each piece has an engraved signature by the designer and a consecutive edition number.
