Kay Bojesen named his singing birds, among other things, members of his own family members, thus in addition to Sunshine the choir also features Ruth and Ernst. Designed in the 19050s, Rosendahl started producing the colourful songbirds over 60 years later: in this way, the colourful variety of Bojesen's friendly songbirds can be enjoyed by any family.
