The TIPTOE children's desk is a little all-rounder: in addition to its sustainable production and high-quality materials, it is also cleverly designed, not least in account of its modularity and its reversible tabletops and individually configurable legs. In addition, when the child grows, or should the tabletop wear out, only individual parts need to be replaced, not the entire piece of furniture.

| Function & Properties | The "Slate Vice Versa" tabletop is a reversible multifunctional top. It is laminated white on one side and covered with black slate on the other. This not only prevents wear and tear, but also allows individual adjustment to the needs and tastes of the children. In addition, each top can be fitted with TIPTOE table legs in different heights as the child develops, or a worn table top can be replaced with a new one without having to replace the entire piece of furniture. | Care | For both sides of the "Slate Vice Versa" table top (slate and laminate), cleaning with a damp sponge and a soft cloth is sufficient. Chalk drawings can be removed with a pad or a damp cloth. Similarly the oak tabletop does not require any special treatment. Recycled plastic ("Tutti Frutti")is a noble and innovative material that requires no special are: a soft, damp cloth is sufficient. Never use harsh chemicals such as solvents, stain removers or industrial cleaning products. The steel legs are designed to last and do not require any special care. If necessary they can be cleaned with a microfiber cloth and plain water. |
| Certificates & Sustainability | Sustainability is a core aspect of TIPTOE's design philosophy. In addition to the use of water-based paints, the materials used are also carefully selected and processed to create a long-lasting product with minimal impact on the environment. The wood comes exclusively from PEFC-certified cultivation (PEFC/07-31-60 certificate) in Europe, the fittings are made of steel., thereby allowing the individual materials to be cleanly separated and recycled again if necessary. Many of the materials that TIPTOE uses are already recycled, including the packaging which consists of at least 80% recycled paper. In addition, TIPTOE has been certified as a B Corporation since October 2022. This certification measures the company's positive impact in areas such as governance, employees, community, environment, and the company's products. TIPTOE achieved a score of 90.6 points in 2024, not only well above the general median of 50.9 points, but also above the threshold of 80 points required for certification.
