For their 2016 designed Suspence pendant lamp for Fritz Hansen the designers GamFratesi were inspired by a sequence of movements, which they converted into a physical form with their lamp design. The Suspence lamp was created through simple pulling, which is visible in the discreet curvature at the end of the filament. An infinity diffuser on the underside of the pendant light focuses the light, preventing glare and - in keeping with the name Suspence - creating a particularly aesthetic optical illusion of light. Thanks to the neutral, contemporary colours of the Fritz Hansen lamp it is equally in domestic or commercial settings.
