Optic by Patrick Jouin for Kartell is a container cube with transparent or reflective surfaces. Available in a range of colours the Optic cube not only acts as a room divider, but also as an atmospheric object which emits exciting light reflections. In addition the Kartell Optic cube is hollow and can thus be used as a decorative storage object, an optional door providing for a little more storage security and, literally, closure. As an interior design object Optic knows no limits and can either be used individually as a side table or in combination with others to create anything from a small storage unit up to a unique and individual room divider. For over 50 years Kartell has focused on the production of designer furniture made of plastic, and objects which are characterized by individuality and possess an innovative character.
