The Artek tables 81B/82B/83 were designed in 1935 by Alvar Aalto and have been so reduced in their overall design language that only the essentials remain. Alvar Aalto was responsible for many pieces of furniture throughout the 1930s,which have gone on to achieve cult status cult status: objects such as the 81B, 82B and 83 tables

| Care | For cleaning we recommend a soft, slightly damp cotton cloth and, if necessary, a mild, neutral detergent. Avoid chemical and abrasive cleaning agents. Do not expose wooden surfaces to strong moisture and absorb liquids directly with a dry cloth. In the case of laminate surfaces, especially at the seam where the laminate meets the wooden edging strip. Avoid rubbing too hard, however.
