Product presentation |
The NAP Stacking Chair was designed by Kasper Salto for Fritz Hansen and complements the product range of the Danish manufacturer as a lightweight, comfortable seating solution. The seat shell is made of nylon, the front side matt and grooved, the rear side polished, and which thus presents a very interesting optical effect. The four-legged frame is optionally available powder coated in the colour of the shell or chrome plated and in both versions ensures optimal stability. The product name "NAP" is constructed from the first three letters of the basic postures - normal, active, passive - and also points towards the great comfort of the Fritz Hansen chair. The Copenhagen carpenter Fritz Hansen began in 1872 to build up his business and started to sell his own furniture in 1885. In its long company history the Danish furniture manufacturer has cooperated with numerous international designers, whereby the cooperation with Arne Jacobsen proved particularly successful and saw the company receive a reputation for quality and reliability that extends far beyond the Danish borders.
