Details
The folding table Cumano was designed by Achille Castiglioni for the Italian manufacturer Zanotta. Achille Castiglioni is one of the most important industrial designers of the 20th century and was keen with his work to create something new from existing products: something perfectly demonstrated with his design of the Zanotta folding table Cumano - by endowing an ordinary table or bistro table with a hinge, it can be quickly and easily stowed. In addition, the Zanotta side table has a hole in the table top, which serves as a wall mount and thus also contributes to the functionality of the table. The square frame and round table top form an interesting contrast to each other, so that the Cumano folding table ensures a modern flair in any living area. The manufacturer Zanotta was founded in 1954 and is an Italian family business that places its focus on industrial design, both on design classics as well as newer products. The entire production takes place in Italy, and all the suppliers are from the region.
