For the thick woven carpet Bold from Kvadrat a mix of hand-spun and machine-made yarns are combined. The yarn is dyed only after it has been turned and thus obtains its interesting colour effect. Designed by Hella Jongerius, the deliberately irregular surface makes the Bold carpet a genuine statement in any home.
