Rodolfo Dordoni
Rodolfo Dordoni was born in Milan in 1954, where he completed his studies in architecture in 1979, and still lives today. Dordoni has designed a wide pallet of products and served as Art Director at several leading design companies, including Minotti, Capellini or Foscarini. For the latter manufacturer he created the Lumiere glass lamp, which helped Foscarini achieve an international breakthrough. In addition, Dordoni has worked with Dolce & Gabbana since 1995 and is responsible for the design and interior decoration of numerous shops and showrooms. In 2005 he founded the Studio Dordoni Architetti in collaboration with Alessandro Acerbi and Luca Zaniboni, an interdisciplinary studio that realises projects in architecture, interior design, and planning. Since 2006 Dordoni has been Art Director at Roda, in addition to collaborations with countless manufacturers, including Artemide, Cassina, Driade, Kartell, and Moroso - to name but a few.
