Following the completion of his studies at the Escole de la Llotja in Barcelona, the Spanish designer Eugeni Quitllet initially worked primarily as an interior designer - realising projects such as the Joan Miró Foundation or in context of the Spanish Design Biennale. In 2001 Eugeni Quitllet met Philippe Starck, and the pair began cooperating on furniture design, something at which Eugeni Quitllet proved particularly adept as demonstrated by his portfolio of products for international manufacturers such as Alias, Kartell or Vondom. Today, the designer, who describes himself as a Disonador - a Spanish combination of designer and dreamer - lives and works in Paris.
